There are many techniques chefs use in the kitchen to make their lives easier, saver, faster, while creating jaw dropping dishes. They also have an array of tips and tricks, they learn during their years spending in the kitchen. I wish I could teach you all of that, but I am not a chef myself either. I will be able teach you techniques and tricks that I have gathered over the years and that I am using every day.
In this “How To” segment of my blog, I will show you some of those basic techniques, related to the recipes you’ll find here. From knowing how to cut & store ingredients to learning how to cook basic recipes that are a springboard for you to build your own creations.
A few examples are ‘keeping herbs fresh, how to section citrus, making a basic risotto or cooking bacon in the oven. and more.
You will discover tips and tricks that you will start using yourself and will see that complicated techniques are not necessarily required to make a delicious and memorable homemade meal for your partner, family or friends.
