How to Make Spinach Omelet with Cheese

Step 1A – Coarsely chop the spinach. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and add the spinach.

Notes

  1. If you like more protein in your breakfast, add about 1/3-1/2 cup of cottage cheese per person. This will add about 10-14 grams of protein to each omelet. Mix the egg mixture or use a blender if you don’t want the white dots showing up in your omelet.
