How to Make Salmon & Shrimp Pasta

Step 1 – Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packaging. Add the broccoli florets the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
Drain and reserve some pasta water.
Step 2 – In a skillet, heat oil and add finely chopped shallot and garlic and saute until caramelized. I prefer crispy onion as you can see in the image.
Season shrimp and salmon with salt & pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until seafood is done and let rest.

- Step 3 – Add cream to skillet, as well as cheese, stir until cheese is melted in cream.
- Step 4 – Add pasta and broccoli and stir until all is coated. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
- Step 5 – Break salmon into pieces and add to skillet, together with shrimp. Mix carefully. If the mixture is too thick, add some pasta water.
- Step 6 – Plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
