Ingredients
1/2cupgranola (NOTE 1)
8.5ouncesGreek yogurt
1.5ouncesricotta
1.5ouncesblueberries
1.5ouncesraspberries
1.5ouncesstrawberrieschopped
Instructions
In a trifle bowl spoon about 1/4 cup of granola to create the first layer. (NOTE 2)
Cut the strawberries in smaller pieces and mix them with the blueberries and raspberries. Top the granola with half of the mixed berries.
Mix the yogurt with the ricotta and spoon half of this mixture on top of the berries.
Repeat the layers: add granola on top of the yogurt, then fruit and finish with yogurt.
Garnish with some fresh mint.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as quickly as possible. (NOTE 3)

My recipe for homemade granola is here. The nutritional value of this recipe does not include the granola, as the composition vary much depends on the granola you'll use.
If you make this recipe in 2 glasses or mason jars, divide 1/4 cup over 2 glasses.
Granola will soak up the liquid from the berries and yogurt and will become soggy and lose its crunchiness. If you want to make the parfait the night before, I would recommend adding the granola at the moment you plan to eat the parfait.
