Herb crusted Salmon is a simple yet elegant dish that brings together the boldness of smoked paprika with the brightness of fresh herbs. A mix of tarragon, parsley, and chives is massaged into the salmon for about an hour before cooking.

Ingredients
12ouncessalmon fillet
1tablespoonolive oil
2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1/2teaspoongarlic pasteor minced garlic
2tablespoonsparsleyfinely chopped
2teaspoonstarragonfinely chopped
1teaspoonchivesfinely chopped
salt & pepper
Instructions
Make the rub by combining smoked paprika, olive oil, tarragon, parsley and chives
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and then apply the rub on the salmon. (NOTE 1)
Heat a grill or oven to 400°F.
Transfer the salmon onto the grill (skin side down) or onto a baking sheet and cook until the internal temperature has reached 125-140°F. This will take about 20-25 minutes.
Take the fish off the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Notes
If the rub is difficult to spread, add a little bit of olive oil.
