Cool down with frozen yogurt berry bark, a welcome healthy and cold alternative to a soda, iced tea or a popsicle on hot summer days. It is a good snack for all seasons, a combination of Greek yogurt and fruits and very flexible to adjust to seasonal flavors.

1.5ouncesblueberries
1ounceraspberries
1tablespoonpistachio nutsfinely chopped
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto it. (NOTE 2)
Scatter slices strawberry, blueberries and raspberries as well as chopped pistachios on top of the yogurt. Any pattern or no pattern.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until yogurt is firm.
Cut or break the bark into manageable pieces and serve. (NOTE 3)
Notes
If you think that plain yogurt is a little to sour, use vanilla-flavored yogurt instead or add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
I used 1/8 baking sheet, about 6.5 x 9.5 inches.
Whatever you're not eating right away, store it in a sealed freezer bag. I prefer to wrap them in parchment paper first, so they don’t stick together in the freezer bag.
