Ingredients
1.5 cupsbananasripe and mashed
2eggs
1/2cupbuttermelted
2cupsall-purpose flour
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2teaspoonscinnamon
1.5teaspooncream of tartar
3/4teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt

2teaspoons cinnamon
1/2cupgranulated sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and line a cake form (9x5) with parchment paper.
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl: mashed bananas, melted butter, and eggs.
Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl: all-purpose flour, baking soda, sugar, cream of tartar, salt and cinnamon.
Mix sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a third bowl or shallow dish.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture and whisk until there are no dry spot visible.
Pour the batter in a cake form (9×5 inches).
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of batter.
Place cake form in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
Cool the cake for about 15 minutes and take it out of form and cool completely.
