Cedar Planked Salmon with Orange Maple Mustard Glaze is a beautifully balanced dinner for two, with sweetness, citrus, and just enough sharpness to keep every bite interesting. Cooking the salmon on a cedar plank on the grill gives it an extra layer of smoky, woodsy flavor that makes the whole dish feel especially inviting. It is one of those small-batch dinners that feels elegant and a little special, without being complicated.
