1/2frozen banana
1/2cupnon-fat Greek yogurt
1cuporange juice
32gramsprotein powderplain or vanilla flavored

2cupsfrozen mango
1/2frozen banana
1/2cupnon-fat Greek yogurt
1/2cuporange juice
1/2cupmilk
32gramsprotein powderplain or vanilla flavored
High Protein Strawberry mango smoothies
1cupfrozen strawberries
1cupfrozen mango
2cupsorange juice
32gramsprotein powderplain or vanilla flavored
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
If the smoothies is too thick, you can always add a little bit of orange juice to make a thinner.
Serve immediately.
